1. Service Description
DarkWatch is a dark web monitoring SaaS platform that scans for data breaches, credential leaks, paste site mentions, and phishing domains associated with your registered domains.
2. Authorization Requirement
You must own or have explicit authorization to monitor any domain you submit to DarkWatch. Domain ownership is verified via DNS TXT record. Submitting domains you do not control is a violation of these terms.
3. Prohibited Use
- Scanning domains without authorization from the domain owner
- Using scan results or data obtained through DarkWatch for illegal purposes
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
- Reselling access without an MSP plan
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. DarkWatch does not guarantee complete coverage of all dark web sources. We are not liable for damages arising from undetected breaches or threats. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.
6. Changes to Terms
We will notify you of material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is Bremen, Germany.
